Bio

“What’s Hot Now” at the highly respected online industry giant Garageband.com! This noteworthy recognition coming from a global company whose mission is to discover the best in independent music. A fine reward for this twenty-year-old performer who bravely refuses to do the same old thing, and has no problem taking chances with her music.
Jessie’s songwriting is spontaneous, opinionated, and even a bit spiritual at times. Through her lyrics she fearlessly puts her innermost feelings out there for everyone to hear. Invoking comparisons to current popular artists Amy Lee (Evanescence) and Kelly Clarkson, as well as iconic rockers Pat Benatar, Chrissy Hynde, and Heart’s Ann Wilson, with as one reviewer puts it, “her own touch added to the mix!”

Jessie has just joined the roster of Versailles Records' forthcoming, internationally distributed tribute to one of America's most successful hard rock bands; Motley Crue. She’s also been chosen to be the featured sound track artist for the 2006 Samsung Fresh Films/Tampa film production.
Jessie’s songs are being selected for worldwide play by a growing list of indie music podcasters. Recent industry spins include the “I-M Podcast”, described as the best indie music as programmed weekly by Indie-Music.com. Based on songwriting skill, lyrics, performance, and listener ratings Jessie has been judged “Best of the Best” at Artist Weekly.com. Regarding radio, her songs have played on the nationally syndicated Mark and Brian show, receiving high marks from the hosts as well as their radio audience.

This freewheeling vocalist craves the stage! Expect high-energy shows that are passionate, playful and refreshingly unpredictable. Gigs include an invitation to open for Dishwalla at the Key Club in Hollywood. Jessie and her band have also rocked the house at high profile LA venues such as the Hard Rock Café/Hollywood and BB King Blues Club. Always experimenting with her music, Jessie has recently completed an edgy sorta acoustic set for more intimate venues.
